COPIES of Records
Rod suggested that rather than write summaries I should take copies from a selection of original records of successful wines. Even if some of the hand-written text is only just legible/decipherable, I think he's right. It kind-of preserves the authenticity, and the faded wine-blotched pages provide pretty good evidence that the making (and all-important tasting) actually took place - instead of being cooked-up in someone's head as frequently seems the case for recipes is books.
So here, in order of date made, are links to 13 selected records (as pasted beneath):
1974
1975
1976
1977
1978
